We strive to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all Father Lacombe Care Society staff. Ongoing staff education and training is essential to ensure that staff at Father Lacombe and Providence Care Centre is familiar with best practices standards. Mandatory training as well as a variety of in-house services are offered on site or through off-site workshops.
